The moment when Franck Billé’s Sinophobia[1] appeared on my radar I felt there was something missing. In this essay I will try to articulate that ‘miss’ and I hope by doing so it will complement the phenomenon of Sinophobia in Mongolia (if it really exists in inherent form) and present it in wider spectacle.
